My Daily Choice in One Minute

My Daily Choice (MyDailyChoice, or MDC) is a multi-level marketing company founded in 2014 by Josh and Jenna Zwagil. It started with a line of oral wellness sprays, then grew quickly with HempWorx, its CBD and hemp brand, and later added other products. At its peak it was one of the faster-growing MLMs in the US.

By late 2025, the picture had changed. In November 2025, Josh Zwagil joined Immunotec, another direct selling company, and My Daily Choice's promoter organization was moved under him there. My Daily Choice then emailed promoters that commissions they had already earned would be paid only once they activated an Immunotec account. If you were researching My Daily Choice as an opportunity, this review explains what happened, and what to check before you join any company tied to it.

What My Daily Choice Sold

MDC's original product was a range of oral sprays sold under the Daily Sprays name. HempWorx, launched later, became its biggest line, selling CBD oils and hemp products, and the company added other wellness and lifestyle products over time. Products were sold through promoters, usually on monthly autoship.

The HempWorx boom came with problems. In 2018, the consumer watchdog Truth in Advertising (TINA.org) documented more than 100 health claims by HempWorx sellers, including claims that its products could treat cancer, Parkinson's, multiple sclerosis and PTSD, and more than 50 income claims, such as "Newbies are making $1,000+ a month." The company removed many of the posts and disciplined several sellers.

How the My Daily Choice Opportunity Worked

Like most MLMs, MDC paid promoters for their own sales and for the sales of their recruits. Its 2018 policies required about $200 a month in product purchases, or about $2,400 a year, to be eligible for all commissions and bonuses. The same policies acknowledged that most promoters earn less each month than they spend on products.

  1. Join as a promoter and set up a monthly product order.
  2. Earn retail profit on sales to your own customers.
  3. Earn team commissions as recruits buy and sell.
  4. Qualify for higher ranks and bonuses by building a larger, active downline.

The $200-a-month requirement is the key number. A promoter needed to earn more than that, every month, just to break even on purchases, before any other costs.

What Happened in 2025: The Move to Immunotec

MDC's sales appear to have fallen sharply. Industry revenue estimates suggest it went from well over $100 million a year to a fraction of that by 2025, although the company does not publish its figures. Then, on November 17, 2025, Immunotec welcomed Josh Zwagil as a new "ImmunotecPro," bringing his organization with him. Neither company publicly disclosed the full terms.

About a week later, MDC emailed promoters that they had commissions waiting, but that "your Immunotec position isn't activated yet, which means you can't get paid yet." The email explained how to open an Immunotec promoter account, which placed new sign-ups in Zwagil's Immunotec downline. In other words, promoters were told they would receive money they had already earned at one company only after joining another.

We could not confirm the full transition terms, and MDC's old websites and ordering systems may no longer work.

We do not give legal advice. Whether conditioning earned commissions on joining another company breaches promoter agreements would depend on the contract terms and the law where you live. If you are owed commissions, keep copies of your account statements and emails, and consider speaking to a lawyer or your state attorney general's consumer protection office. You can also report concerns to the FTC at ReportFraud.ftc.gov.

Is My Daily Choice a Scam?

My Daily Choice was a real company that sold real products for years, and we found no FTC action against it. But its history includes widespread health and income claims by sellers, policies that required about $2,400 a year in purchases to stay fully qualified, and a 2025 transition in which promoters were told to join another company to be paid what they had already earned. Whatever you call it, it is not an opportunity we would join, or follow to a new company.

If You Are Being Recruited Into Immunotec Through MDC

  • Ask for the Immunotec income disclosure and compensation plan in writing.
  • Find out exactly what you must buy each month to qualify for commissions.
  • Get written confirmation of any commissions you are owed from MDC, and when they will be paid.
  • Don't repeat health claims about any product you sell.

Who My Daily Choice Might Suit

As of late 2026, My Daily Choice is not a stable opportunity to join. Anyone who still wants HempWorx products can buy them as a customer. Anyone looking for income should look elsewhere.

Our Verdict on My Daily Choice

My Daily Choice grew fast on HempWorx, but its history of seller hype, a costly monthly purchase requirement and a messy 2025 transition make it a poor choice. Promoters were told to join another company to be paid what they had earned. If you want to build an income online, start somewhere more stable.
