What GoHighLevel White Labeling Means

White labeling lets you present GoHighLevel as your own platform. Clients log in at your domain, see your logo and never see the HighLevel name. Agencies use it so the software feels like part of their service, and so they can sell it as their own product.

HighLevel's pricing page says you can white-label the desktop web app so clients see your logo and branding when they log in. A branded mobile app is available separately as a paid add-on.

How to White-Label the Web App

  1. Choose a subdomain you own, such as app.youragency.com.
  2. At your domain provider, add the CNAME record HighLevel gives you.
  3. In your agency settings, add the domain as your white-label domain.
  4. Upload your logo and set your company name.
  5. Add your own terms and privacy links.
  6. Log in through your new domain to check that the branding appears.

DNS changes can take a little while to take effect. Use a domain you'll keep long-term, because clients will bookmark it.

White Label vs SaaS Mode

The two are related but different:

  • White labeling changes what clients see: your domain and logo.
  • SaaS Mode, on Agency Pro, changes how you sell: clients subscribe and pay you directly, accounts are created automatically, and you can mark up usage.

Many agencies white-label the app and include it in a service package without using SaaS Mode. Our SaaS Mode guide explains when it's worth upgrading.

Is the White-Label Mobile App Worth $497 a Month?

For most agencies, not at first. The standard HighLevel mobile app works for clients, and the branded web app already shows your brand. The white-label mobile app makes sense once you have enough clients that a fully branded experience helps you sell or keep them. Enterprise plans include it.

Tips for a Professional White-Label Setup

  • Load a branded snapshot into every new client account so they start with your templates. See our snapshots guide.
  • Create onboarding videos with your branding, since clients will come to you for help.
  • Decide who handles support before you sell. Clients won't know to contact HighLevel.
  • Price for support time, not just the software.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I White-Label GoHighLevel?

Yes. You can use your own domain and logo for the web app, and add a branded mobile app for $497 a month.

Will Clients Know It's GoHighLevel?

Not from the branded web app. Some technical details, such as certain support links, may still reference the platform, so check before launch.

You need Agency Pro for SaaS Mode and marked-up rebilling. Check your plan's agency settings for the white-label domain option.

How Do I Set Up a White-Label Domain?

Add a CNAME record for a subdomain you own, then enter that domain in your agency settings.
