GoHighLevel Pricing at a Glance

GoHighLevel has three main plans: Starter at $97 a month, Unlimited at $297 a month and Agency Pro at $497 a month, plus a custom Enterprise plan. Every plan includes unlimited contacts, unlimited users and all core features. The main differences are how many sub-accounts you can run and what you can resell to clients.

On top of the plan, you pay usage fees for phone numbers, texts, calls, emails and premium AI, plus any optional add-ons. Every plan comes with a 14-day free trial.

Starter Plan: $97 a Month

Starter includes every core feature (CRM, pipelines, funnels and websites, email and SMS, calendars, workflows, reputation management, courses, communities and more) with unlimited contacts and users. The limit is three sub-accounts, which is plenty for one business or a new agency testing the waters with a client or two. HighLevel describes it as the plan for smaller businesses and solo marketers.

Unlimited Plan: $297 a Month

Unlimited removes the sub-account cap, so you can add as many clients as you like for the same price. That's why it's HighLevel's most popular plan with agencies. It also lets you rebill phone and email usage to clients at cost, and adds basic API access. Once you have more than three clients, or expect to, this is usually the plan to choose.

Agency Pro Plan: $497 a Month

Agency Pro is built for agencies that want to sell HighLevel as their own software. It adds SaaS Mode, which creates client accounts automatically when they subscribe on your site, lets you mark up phone, email and other usage, and adds user reporting and advanced API access. It only makes sense if you plan to resell software subscriptions.

Enterprise Plan

For high-volume businesses and large agencies, Enterprise is quoted individually. HighLevel lists a dedicated customer success manager, premium support, increased API limits, quarterly business reviews, and the white-label mobile app and HIPAA compliance included.

Usage Fees: The Part Most People Miss

The subscription pays for the software. Communication and AI services are billed by use, and you'll pay them from your account wallet. These include:

  • Phone numbers, inbound and outbound calls.
  • Text messages (SMS).
  • Emails sent.
  • Premium AI usage, such as Conversation AI and Voice AI.

Costs depend entirely on volume, so a business sending a few hundred texts a month pays far less than one running large SMS campaigns. Check HighLevel's current usage rates in your account before running big campaigns, and remember that usage fees can apply during the free trial. On Unlimited and Agency Pro, you can bill these costs back to clients.

Most users don't need any add-ons to start. HighLevel notes that many of them can be resold to clients with your own markup on the Agency Pro plan.

Monthly vs Yearly Billing

Yearly billing costs ten times the monthly price, so you get two months free: $970 instead of $1,164 on Starter, a saving of $194. On Unlimited you save $594 a year, and on Agency Pro $994. Because HighLevel's fees are non-refundable under its terms, only switch to yearly once you're sure you'll stay. Our GoHighLevel discount guide covers this and other ways to save.

Which Plan Should You Choose?

Choosing a GoHighLevel Plan
If You…Choose
Run one business or are testing with 1–2 clientsStarter
Manage, or plan to manage, more than 3 clientsUnlimited
Want to resell HighLevel as your own softwareAgency Pro
Need HIPAA, premium support and very high volumeEnterprise

You can switch plans later. Upgrading mid-month charges only the prorated difference, and there's no long-term contract on monthly billing.

Is GoHighLevel Expensive?

$97 to $497 a month sounds like a lot, but compare it with what it replaces. A small business might otherwise pay separately for a CRM, a funnel builder, an email service, a texting tool, a scheduler and review software. And because contacts and users are unlimited, HighLevel's price doesn't rise as your list grows, unlike many CRMs that charge per contact or per seat. Our GoHighLevel review covers whether it's worth it for you.
