BG Wealth Sharing in One Minute

BG Wealth Sharing Ltd calls itself an investment group and "the world's largest hedge fund." Members deposit money into the DSJ Exchange (DSJEX) app and copy daily "trading signals." In 2026 the Utah Division of Securities and the Alaska Division of Banking and Securities warned the public about it, joining regulators in Hawaii, Washington, Alberta, the UK, New Zealand, Tonga, Samoa, the Bahamas and the Philippines.

How It Recruits

Alaska says new investors get a signup link from an existing member, who earns referral bonuses for bringing people in. Members talk on WhatsApp, Telegram, Signal and Bonchat. People without a crypto account are sometimes told to send money by Zelle to a recruiter, who promises to credit their account.

The Trading Signals

Investors are sent daily signals, reportedly from a self-described professor called Stephen Beard, and follow them in the app. Alaska couldn't verify Beard's identity, and the company's leadership appears anonymous. Utah says the app shows gains that encourage people to deposit more, consistent with "pig butchering" and fake liquidity-mining schemes.

Fake Licensing Claims

BG Wealth claims to be licensed by the SEC and regulated in several countries. Utah explains that a partial Form ADV and a Form D filing don't mean SEC registration or approval. Anyone can file those forms; they aren't proof that a business is legitimate. Alaska couldn't verify any of the licensing claims.

The Withdrawal "Tax" Trap

Utah warns that victims may be asked to pay an upfront "tax" or fee, often in crypto, to release a withdrawal. A few early members reportedly got small withdrawals, which helps build trust. Real exchanges deduct fees from the balance; they don't make you send new money first.

What Happened in 2026

In May 2026 US authorities reportedly seized a BG Wealth website and about $41 million in crypto was reported frozen, as the platform appeared to collapse. The same month Alberta's securities commission issued cease-and-desist letters. Domains have changed often, including bggp.vip, bg911.cc and dsjex.net named by Alaska.

Red Flags It Shows

  • Invitation-only links and referral bonuses
  • Anonymous leaders and an unverifiable "professor"
  • Licensing claims that don't check out
  • Fees demanded before withdrawals
  • Frequent domain changes

If You Invested

Stop sending money, including any "tax" to unlock your account. Contact your bank right away, save screenshots, chat logs and wallet addresses, and report to the FBI's Internet Crime Complaint Center and your state securities regulator. Utah residents can use the survey in Utah's alert. Beware of "recovery" services that charge fees.

A Steadier Way to Protect Savings

Schemes like this prey on people looking for fast returns. Some savers prefer slower, tangible assets for part of their retirement money.
